- Automatic Profile Switching
This new feature allows yous to assign networks (for example your Wi-Fi network at habitation, a public hotspot, etc.) to certain profiles. Whenever y'all join one of these networks, Little Snitch detects the network change and switches to the associated profile automatically.
When you join a network for the offset time, Petty Snitch shows an alarm window allowing yous to choose the desired profile. Alternatively y'all tin configure a default profile that will be used for all unknown networks.
The mappings between profiles and networks can be reviewed and edited after in Petty Snitch Configuration, either in the profiles department of the sidebar, or in the new "Known Networks" window (⇧⌘K).
Automatic Profile Switching is off by default. To use it, it must be enabled in Little Snitch Configuration > Preferences > Automatic Profile Switching.
